We are seeking an IT Service Manager for our integrations and our robotics process automation (RPA) management in NCC Group DOS.
The role at NCC
As IT Service Manager for Integrations and RPA management you will have overall responsibility for the delivery of defined service according to the service levels agreed with the Business. This includes service availability and maintenance, process support, budgeting and follow-up of SLA’s related to the service, as well as ensuring compliance and IT security. NCC Group DOS is currently in a transformation process to start delivering IT as a service towards the Business and as an IT Service Manager you will have a key position in delivering services and lead the continual improvement of these as well as manage the governance towards the Business.
You will also act as a process specialist where you participate in the development of your services and manage/coordinate administrative tasks related to these services. You will have close cooperation with the NCC Business units in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
We are currently in a hybrid integration environment undergoing a transition to a more cloud based and consolidated companywide integration platform.

Job location can be in one of our four Nordic headquarters (Stockholm, Helsinki, Oslo or Copenhagen).
- At least 5 Years of working experience with integrations
- Experience of Microsoft integration technologies is an advantage
- Proven experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proven experience of managing and operating IT services at an enterprise level
- Relevant industry experience (construction industry) is an advantage
Knowledge, competencies and skills
- Understanding of different integration patterns and best practices
- Agile development methodologies
- A communicative person with great presentation skills
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA) knowledge
- Highly self-motivated and self-directed in the pursuit of excellence
- Service Management
- ITIL knowledge, certification is an advantage
- Knowledge of working with ITSM tools, ServiceNow knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken English and another Nordic language
