NCC has been developing the periodical repair concept for a long time. The idea is simple: trained repair personnel carry out a condition survey of the property’s apartments and public premises, and then compile a report on repair needs. They also carry out any agreed minor repairs when performing the survey, so the residents see that something is being done and the owner is provided with a report listing the major problems.
