Competent design is an important part of a construction project. At NCC, the management of design processes is ensured by Optiplan Oy, our own design agency.
Optiplan offers all construction design services under the same roof, combining them into a functional comprehensive service. Optiplan’s design engineers act as the customer’s experts to ensure that the customer’s wishes are realised, and our own design agency also ensures that the construction chain in all NCC projects is unified from the design table right up until the keys are handed over to the customer.
Optiplan has also plays a major role in NCC’s R & D work, offering technical expertise and a customer-centred viewpoint. Optiplan also has especially strong expertise in building technology design. Using this expertise, Optiplan is one of the major developers of lifecycle services.
