EkoConcept offers major benefits during the entire lifecycle of the building, from design to maintenance, together with reliable information to support investment decisions and point out the building use and maintenance expense levels in the years to come.

Most of the lifecycle costs of a building are already known at the design stage. However, investment decisions are often made by studying the construction costs and not taking account of the investment decision’s impacts on consequent use and maintenance costs.

EkoConcept connects design, construction and, if required, maintenance into a single entity; a solution that will be affordable for the entire lifecycle of the building and will meet the customer’s spatial needs. The most important feature of EkoConcept is the customer-specific optimisation of lifecycle costs, the building’s properties, the investment costs and the environmental loads.
