NCC constructs an environmentally friendly residential area in Vesirattaanmäki, Espoo.

Privately financed blocks of flats and detached houses are being planned for the Vesirattaanmäki area adjacent to Ring Road III. They will be so-called Green NCC projects and future energy-saving and other requirements will be taken into account in their design.
The first project to commence will be Fennia’s block of flats, with 63 rental flats, to be constructed with the so-called interim model. NCC has commenced the construction of the flats.
