NCC launches construction of an energy class A office building in Leppävaara NCC is continuing the construction of regional centre in Leppävaara, Espoo by launching the first stage of the new Business Park, Alberga A. All in all, five office buildings are to be constructed with a total gross floor area of 34,000 m2. Special attention has been paid to the energy consumption and other environmental effects of the buildings.
